proud of our experience and accomplishments.
NNPM
is a California corporation, which had it’s beginning in West L.A. in 1986. The first of our four property management
company acquisitions in January of 1987 motivated us to move our operation into the Jeweled City of Glendale. Our proud lineage
of referrals has also greatly contributed to our growth. Our strategic location puts us in the center of the Los Angeles County through it’s vast freeway system.
Our scope of operation
includes the Los Angeles County area and for larger properties, our neighboring counties as well. NNPM's portfolio specializes in residential properties
featuring apartment buildings (Past experience includes a 1050 unit apartment building.), houses and individual condo and
townhome units (an often neglected market). Sorry, but we do not manage Homeowner Associations, however, we can give you an
excellent referral [Encore Enterprises, Inc. 818-264-7435 / laurie@encoreent.net]. Although we do not solicit non-residential properties, as a collateral responsibility for our existing clients we have
experienced great success in managing their commercial properties.
As the principal stockholder of NNPM, I graduated with a B.S. Degree as a Real Estate major from the
California State University of San Diego in early 1973. I also graduated, as a business major up in God's Country, from the
Santa Rosa Junior College in Northern California.
I obtained the prestigious designation of Certified Property
Manager in 1981 and am currently a member. Memberships in the Glendale Association of Realtors and Southland Regional Association of Realtors give us all of the local support we need to accomplish your goals. At the national and state levels we are a member of the
National Association of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management and the California Association of Realtors, which gives us all of the national and state support we need to reinforce strong property management principles and practices.
NNPM's property management team is guided
by a couple of principles: "Maximizing Your Investment" is the cornerstone of achieving our client’s
goals and the best way to accomplish this is by following our creed of "Doing what it takes to get the job done."
