FEES
What Does It Cost?
First
of all it doesn’t cost anything to find out.
Secondly, our fees are extremely competitive,
especially when considering the high quality of personal service you will be receiving.
Moreover,
we do not have any set-up charges. We do not have any hidden costs.
More importantly, our Management
Agreement (paragraph 6.1) calls for a maximum expense amount, that we both agree to, where we give you a call first before
making any repairs if we anticipate the repair going over the “agreed to” amount. This means NO SURPRISES when
you receive your check or financial statement.
