OPPORTUNITIES
PROPERTY SUPERVISOR (POSITION FILLED)
We have
an opening position for a Property Field Supervisor effective immediately. Please review our Web Site to become better
acquainted with our company.
We
prefer someone with experience, who is willing to engage in active personal participation in the management responsibility
for apartments and single-family units located fairly close in proximity to our Glendale based office.
The candidate must have a licensed and insured vehicle. A
real estate license is not necessary but encouraged. Good writing and verbal skills are essential. A good working
knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is advantageous. PhotoShop and HTML knowledge are not necessary but are an extreme
benefit.
We use Yardi as
our data based software program. Knowledge is useful but not necessary as it is an easy-to-learn program.
The workweek is Monday through Friday. Being
available for handling emergency calls on alternate weekends is necessary.

MAINTENANCE
We are a Glendale based property management firm currently looking for independent contractor
workmen to serve our maintenance needs in the greater Los Angeles area; especially Glendale-Burbank-Pasadena, the San Fernando
Valley and many surrounding selected areas.
The applicant must have their own transportation
and tools, be a self-starter, responsible and have good and clear, written and oral communication skills. It is OK if
you don't know everything. Specialties are welcome.
Compensation is commensurate
with skills. Travel and shopping times are taken into consideration when invoicing us.
